Hand harvested bunch by bunch, fermented with its natural yeasts after 6 hours maceration and gentle pressing to get the highest varietal flavors without greenness.
Bright straw color white wine with water melon, pear, lemon, fennel and walnut aromas. It has very rounded and balanced palate.
It is perfect to enjoy it with medium bodied dishes cocked tapas, baked and roasted fish, pasta and paella. Would be great to taste it at a temperature of 10 – 11°C, never too cold.
