Hand harvested bunch by bunch, fermented with its natural yeasts after 24 hours maceration and gentle pressing to get the highest varietal flavors and power.
Bright golden color white wine with backed apple, pear syrup, honey, toasted walnut and vanilla aromas. It has very rounded and balanced palate.
It is perfect to enjoy it with medium bodied dishes like cocked tapas, baked fish, white meat, poultry, pasta and paella. Would be great if you taste it at 10 – 11°C, never too cold.
